The New Jersey Palomino Exhibitors Association is the State Affiliate of the Palomino Horse Breeders Of America. Formed in the late 1960's, NJPEA is a non-profit organization promoting the breeding and showing of Palomino Horses in the State of New Jersey. All horses registered with PHBA are eligible to show at any of the shows held across the country recognized by PHBA. NJPEA holds two Show Circuits annually. The show program includes classes in Halter, English, and Western for Youth, Amateur and Open competitors.

Membership in NJPEA is automatic when you join PHBA and are a resident of NJ. For more details contact PHBA or the NJPEA treasurer.

Circuit Award Rules:
1. You must show under all (9) judges in any division class combination.
2. You may choose any combination of qualifying classes in your division.
3. Each division (except halter and color) must hold 3 classes each day.
4. You must show in at least 1 halter class during the entire circuit (except youth).
Color class does not qualify as a halter class.
Halter class points do not count towards any circuit award other than halter.
5. Earned points will not be counted towards more than one circuit award (no double dipping).
6. To earn a circuit award you must exhibit in at least one of the three or more offered division classes.
7. Points are awarded on a sliding scale based on the number of horses in a class.
Judges will place exhibitors through 6th place, the maximum points awarded is 6.
